Self-Compassion Yoga A perfect way to end your busy day! Join us in the lower level of the MFRC Thursdays 4:15pm-5:30pm for gentle self-compassion yoga and calming relaxation. Just For Us Just For Us is group directed, promoting emotional health and wellness. A fun, safe place where you feel accepted empowered and inspired! Upcoming topics to look forward to this winter include: “Desire Mapping”, making crafts, exploring homemade beauty products and other inspirational and creative projects. Fun Factory  Fun Factory will begin on Wednesday September 13, 2017 Fun Factory is a fun filled program for children between the ages of 5 – 8 years old. This structured program is designed to support children in their communication and social development and allows kids to just have fun! Activities and events include: games, arts and crafts, baking and cooking skills, science and engineering, sports and recreation and so much more! Fun Factory is held every Wednesday evening from 5:30pm – 7:00pm in the Multi-purpose room at the Community Centre, 19 Market St. The cost per session is $15.00 or a $2.00 drop-in fee will apply. Each session runs for 9 to 10 weeks, depending on events and statutory holidays. Additional fees may apply for special events, e.g. science north trip, bowling, dances etc. All activities and events are implemented and supervised by staff and volunteers.
