MINDFULNESS FOR TEENS
Mindfulness for Teens is created specifically for teens to improve emotional and physical well-being. In a group setting we will be discussing and practicing mindfulness techniques by calming the mind and relaxing the body through breath work, engaging fully in the senses, guided meditations and gentle yoga stretching.
