Teen Centre @ 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm Teen Centre Hours: Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 6-10pm The Teen Centre, located in the Community Centre, 19 Market Street, offers a variety of activities and events that are designed by Teens and supervised by Staff. Parents are welcome to stop by at any time, should they have any questions or concerns. Teens! Come check us out and play a game of pool, Playstation, Wii, or watch movies on our big screen TV, surf the net, meet other teens in the community or just hang out and chat with your friends. We have a wide selection of board games, movies and video games as well as a stocked canteen. Join the Teen Council! We are always looking for new members.

Self-Compassion Yoga A perfect way to end your busy day! Join us in the lower level of the MFRC Thursdays 4:15pm-5:30pm for gentle self-compassion yoga and calming relaxation. This involves deep breathing, gentle stretching and quiet meditation. Please register early to claim your spot, space is limited! MINDFULNESS FOR TEENS Mindfulness for Teens is created specifically for teens to improve emotional and physical well-being. In a group setting we will be discussing and practicing mindfulness techniques by calming the mind and relaxing the body through breath work, engaging fully in the senses, guided meditations and gentle yoga stretching.
