March 5, 2018 @ 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Are you a family member, friend or support person of a CAF member who is expecting to be released medically?

Did you know- Personnel Selection Officers are there to:
-help members create a transition plan for their next career
-help you identify the first steps to take
-ensure you are prepared to begin your transition from military to civilian life
-provide family with information on the process of release

Captain Janice Wood, Personnel Selection Officer will be at the MFRC on March 5th from 3:00pm to 5:00pm to meet with family members and answer your questions about creating a transition plan in a confidential environment. If you are a family member who will not be attending the SCAN seminar, you can still receive the important information you need!

“Families at the Center – The family is often the ground zero of transition challenges. Families act as caregivers and primary supports and are also the first to become aware when problems are developing. Strong and supported families are key to successful transition, and also experience their own Military to Civilian Transition journey at the same time as the service member. “
