Just For Us is group directed, promoting emotional health and wellness. A fun, safe place where you feel accepted, empowered and inspired! We will meet in person or virtually using the Zoom platform, see the activity schedule below. Spouses Night Out

Spouses Night Out is once a month. We plan and host an evening out at a local restaurant, theatre or community event of interest. This event is open to all Military spouses. Participants are responsible for their own expenses unless otherwise stated. Join us for an evening out!! In honour of National Truth and Reconciliation Day, the North Bay MFRC and Defence Indigenous Advisory Group are pleased to offer the 22 Wing Community a cultural awareness opportunity.
