Coffee Connections is time set aside for military spouses to get together for a fun relaxing morning of sharing stories and experiences, meeting new friends, learning new skills or just having a break. We meet Monday mornings at 19 Market St. from September to June. This encompasses breathing techniques, passive stretching and quiet meditation to help the body unwind and the mind to calm. Enjoy all aspects of our sessions or feel free to relax and reflect in our peaceful atmosphere. This practice will enrich your life and improve your emotional and physical well-being! Just For Us is group directed, promoting emotional health and wellness. A fun, safe place where you feel accepted empowered and inspired! Upcoming topics to look forward to this winter include: art journaling, exploring homemade wellness products, vision boards and other creative projects. Join us for these hands on motivating themes.
