Coffee Connections is time set aside for military spouses to get together for a fun relaxing morning of sharing stories and experiences, meeting new friends, learning new skills, exploring the community or just having a break. End your busy day with this wonderful practice of mindfulness and gentle movement creating soothing relaxation. This encompasses breathing techniques, passive stretching and quiet meditation to help the body unwind and the mind to calm. Enjoy all aspects of our sessions or feel free to relax and reflect in our peaceful atmosphere. This practice will enrich your life and improve your emotional and physical well-being!
