Coffee Connections Coffee Connections is time set aside for military spouses to get together for a fun relaxing morning of sharing stories and experiences, meeting new friends, learning new skills or just having a break. Half Done Hobbies Open to Spouses, Partners, and Parents of Actively Serving Members, Transitioning and Post Service Families (Adults Only) Date:  Every Wednesday from January 16, 2019 to Wednesday, March 6, 2019 Time:  10am to 11:30am Location:  MFRC Teen Centre, 19 Market Street Have you ever experienced a Work Related Absence? If so, come over to the North Bay MFRC’s Teen Centre and pull out the unfinished knitting, hand sewing, quilting, scrapbooking or other projects from the closet and join us to finally get them done as we socialize over a coffee or tea!! Fun Factory & Youth Corner Fun Factory and Youth Corner programs are designed to support children in their communication and social development and allows kids to just have fun! Activities and events include: games, arts and crafts, baking and cooking skills, sports and recreation and much, much more! Fun Factory is for ages 5-8 years old and runs from 5:30pm-7:00pm. Youth Corner is for ages 9-12 and runs from 7:00pm-8:30pm. Both of these programs run out of the Multi-purpose room at the Community Centre-19 market Street. The cost per session is $15 or a $2 drop in fee will apply. All Members must be a military dependant of the 22 Wing Defence Team (DND/MFRC/PSP). We meet once a week for lighthearted discussions, sharing and mindfulness mediation practice in a safe non-judgemental environment. Teen Centre Teen Centre Hours: Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 6-10pm The Teen Centre, located in the Community Centre, 19 Market Street, offers a variety of activities and events that are designed by Teens and supervised by Staff. Parents are welcome to stop by at any time, should they have any questions or concerns. Teens! Come check us out and play a game of pool, Playstation, Wii, or watch movies on our big screen TV, surf the net, meet other teens in the community or just hang out and chat with your friends. We have a wide selection of board games, movies and video games as well as a stocked canteen. Join the Teen Council! We are always looking for new members.
