Healthy Cooking Series
with Registered Dietician Tara Blake

Are you medically releasing, a medically-released Veteran or a family member of one? Then join us for
our VFP HEALTHY COOKING SERIES WITH REGISTERED DIETICIAN TARA BLAKE! This will be a fun-filled
opportunity to learn to cook healthy and budget conscious meals, live with Tara on Zoom.

Beginning September 27th, 2022 for 4 weeks
Starting at 4:30pm approximately 1hr per session

Registration closes September 20th. Grocery list and recipes to be provided ahead of each class
