Join us for this wonderful practice of mindfulness and gentle movement creating soothing relaxation. This encompasses breathing techniques, passive stretching and quiet meditation to help the body unwind and to calm the mind. We meet monthly in a welcoming, safe non-judgemental environment. Come with an open mind and BREATHE with us… Bring your yoga mat and towel!
