Military Family Parent and Child Playgroup Join the MFRC and Nipissing Early ON Educators for “Power Play” Give your child a head start by… Enhancing healthy early brain Expand imagination and creativity Opportunity to create, invent, reason and problem solve. Learn social skills as they negotiate with peers and resolve conflict. Build resilience to enable them to cope with new situations, manage stress and adapt to change. Coffee Connections

Coffee Connections is time set aside for military spouses to get together for a fun relaxing time of sharing stories and experiences, meeting new friends or just having a break. Coffee Connections is having a little face lift! Spouses are invited for free coffee or tea on Thursday’s from 7pm to 9pm in the MFRC Lower level.
