Mindfulness Program Join us to learn how mindfulness can enrich your life. This practice will improve your emotional and physical well-being! We meet once a week for lighthearted discussions, sharing and mindfulness mediation practice in a safe non-judgemental environment. Come BREATHE with us…we meet Wednesday evenings 6-7:30pm in the lower of the MFRC. What is Mindfulness? Self-Compassion Yoga A perfect way to end your busy day! Join us in the lower level of the MFRC Thursdays 4:15pm-5:30pm for gentle self-compassion yoga and calming relaxation. Coffee Connections Coffee Connections is time set aside for military spouses to get together for a fun relaxing morning of sharing stories and experiences, meeting new friends, learning new skills or just having a break. We meet Monday mornings at the Teen Centre from September to June.
