We have opened our doors!
The North Bay MFRC is pleased to announce, effective March 8, we have reopened to
in-person services Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The health and safety of our clients and our staff is of the utmost importance to us. Visitors are required to follow social distancing by obeying the 2 meter or 6 feet distance rule. In order to adhere to these distancing requirements we have a limited number of visitors who can access the centre at the same time so if possible please call ahead before your visit so we can do our best to accommodate everyone who needs to utilize our services on site.
Upon entering the building, you will be asked to use the hand sanitizer provided at our entrance and wear a mask. If you have forgotten your mask please ask the front desk prior to entering and one can be provided to you. The completion of contact tracing information is required prior to receiving services. We have also implemented additional cleaning procedures throughout the facility to help reduce the risk of transmission.
In accordance with Ontario Provincial Heath Regulations, please do not enter the facility if you:
- Have a fever, cough, sore throat, running nose, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, headaches or shortness of breath.
- Have been in close contact, in the last 14 days, with someone who is being investigated or confirmed to be a case of COVID-19.
- Have travelled outside of Canada in the last 14 days or been in close contact with someone that has travelled outside of Canada in the last 14 days.
