Just For Us is group directed, promoting emotional health and wellness. A fun, safe place where you feel accepted empowered and inspired! We will meet virtually using the Zoom platform, there are two different days and times to choose from. See the activity schedule below. The Veteran Family Program Presents An introduction to Art Therapy Open Studio with Sara Skipper of Kutenai Art Therapy Institute Open Studio is a simple and effective means for people to connect, to express, and to build resilience and wellness. This complimentary 6 session program, will be held on Wednesdays at 1:00pm, beginning November 4, 2020 on the Zoom platform. It is open to those who are medically releasing from the CAF, Veterans who have medically released and their families. Registration is required. Closes October 14th, 2020. Limited to 10 participants. Art supplies provided. INTRODUCTION TO MINDFULNESS For Veterans and their families Wednesday Oct. 21 – Wednesday Nov. 11 , 2020 A 4-week small group, interactive program that explores ‘MINDFULNESS’ & how it can help with the challenges & stresses of everyday life. The program will be facilitated by Janet Farr Parks of ‘Mindfulness North’.
