Just For Us Just For Us is group directed, promoting emotional health and wellness.  A fun, safe place where you feel accepted empowered and inspired! We meet Friday mornings from 9:00am-12:00pm at the Teen Centre - 19 Market St. Upcoming topics to look forward to this fall include: “The Artist’s Way” a 12 week course in discovering and recovering your creative self, making crafts, exploring homemade beauty products and other inspirational and creative projects.
