Want to be prepared emotionally, financially, and practically?

Join us for a Families in Transition Session (FITS) to help you feel confident and prepared as a FAMILY

The session will include:

• -conversations with key transition partners including Veterans Affairs, Nurse Case Management and the Veteran Family Program.
• -expert panel where you can ask questions and get responses from a variety of perspectives
• -subject matter experts with LIVED EXPERIENCE navigating the transition
• -static information booths where you can engage with and receive information from a variety of transition partners

There will be two sessions on April 18, 2018 ~ at Discovery North Bay 100 Ferguson Street North Bay, ON
Session 1:  1-4pm ~ dinner to follow from 4-6pm

Session 2: dinner to start from 4-6pm ~ session runs from 6-9pm
