Welcome to 22 Wing North Bay. The experience of coming to a new city can be very frustrating and sometimes lonely for adults as well as children. We hope that you will visit the North Bay Military Family Resource Centre (MFRC) when you have settled in. We have many services available to you. We can help you to find out about your community, possible employment opportunities or upcoming events. Our programs range from personal support and short term counseling to respite care for tired parents. You can surf the internet on our community computers, use the fax or photocopy machine or simply sit and have coffee with us.
